By booking an appointment with Pura Bella Skin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving any facial treatment to ensure safety and suitability. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Clients are expected to arrive on time—late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation. All treatments provided are non-refundable and results may vary based on individual skin types and adherence to aftercare. Pura Bella Skin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. By proceeding with any service, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
At Pura Bella Skin, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our facial treatments, all services are non-refundable once rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. For skincare products, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, with a valid receipt. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Pura Bell Skin reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy criteria.
